Saria Tseng is Vice President of Strategic Development, General Counsel and Secretary of Monolithic Power Systems (Nasda:MPWR), a leading fabless manufacturer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors headquartered in San Jose, California with offices worldwide. Over the past 18 years, Ms. Tseng has accumulated a broad spectrum of legal expertise, from corporate governance, SEC compliance, financing, strategic alliance, mergers and acquisition, initial public offerings to managing complex, multi-party and multi-jurisdiction patent and trade secret litigation, as well as developing the company’s IP portfolio and licensing strategy. Prior to joining Monolithic, Ms. Tseng served as Vice president, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of MaXXan Systems, an enterprise class storage network systems. Prior to her in-house experience, Ms. Tseng was an attorney at Gray Cary (now DLA Piper) and Jones Day advising clients in venture financing, merger and acquisitions, initial public offerings and licensing. Ms. Tseng is a member of the state bar in both California and New York and is a member of the bar association of the Republic of China, Taiwan.
