Jasmin Velasquez

Jasmin Velasquez is the Program Manager for the My HealthFirst program where she will lead her team in providing social-emotional wellness resources to students and parents.

She graduated from University of California, Merced with a Bachelor’s of Art in Sociology. She has been with Healthier Kids Foundation since 2021 as a parent advocate working on multiple programs. From her experience she has opened the line of communication with parents, health clinics, and community partners.

Jasmin is a native to San Jose and is motivated to serve the community by providing easier access to health resources and destigmatizing mental health. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends exploring all that the Bay Area has to offer and spending time with her two cats.
