Kimberly Alvarez

Kimberly Alvarez-Delgado is currently the Director of the 10 Steps to a Healthier You program at Healthier Kids Foundation. Since 2019, she has been with the organization, through a plethora of roles, starting as a screener and working her way to the 10 Steps team and eventually towards her management roles.

She strives to connect with community partners to share the concepts of the 10 Steps program with an array of families; to provide the knowledge and skills needed to create healthy lifestyles. Through her management, the program has expanded to provide a new class and is now also offering the program in Vietnamese.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Jose State University. When not working she enjoys relaxing and spending time with her friends and family. She is the happiest with a warm cup of coffee and a new book in hand.
